R I C H A R DS O N was joined by other company
executives as well as Indiana government leaders
at the company's ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept.
22, dedicating the new 418,000-sq.-ft. SugarCreek
facility in Cambridge City, Indiana. The new
facility features the largest sous vide line in North
America and will feature three distinct highvolume cooking halls. SugarCreek expects to
employ approximately 500 people at the plant.

CLAYT O N will be joining JBT as its executive vice
president, Human Resources effective Sept. 28 in
connection with the planned retirement of M A R K K .

for Western Canada. Merker will be based in Ontario
