"If you're short on time - which most
of us are - my biggest tip is to slice
or dice fresh pork into smaller pieces
for faster cooking time. A typical
weeknight meal in my house is stir-fry
using a Smithfield Prime Fresh Pork
tenderloin or loin filet. I'll slice up the
fresh pork into strips, add whatever
vegetables I have on hand, and sauté
it all together with sweet and sour
sauce. If you have more time on your
hands, I'm also a fan of brining and
braising fresh pork as it really brings
out the natural tenderness and flavor
of the meat."
