The Praxair ColdFront Tunnel Freezer lineup offers food
processors options to optimize their freezing operations.
Cost-effective and easy-to-clean, the CryoVantage is valueengineered for lower capital outlay and to conform to
improved sanitary cleanup standards. These workhorse
freezers can freeze and chill a wide variety of products
and are an integral part of a continuous processing
operation. The CryoSaver was designed to optimize
cryogenic gas use. The unique configuration of the
CryoSaver provides up to 15 percent increased processing
efficiency compared to traditional cryogenic food freezers.

BRINE INJECTION SYSTEM
The new brine injection system is part of the GEA
MultiJector product family and is specifically dedicated
to precise bacon and poultry processing lines. The system
features 2-mm OptiFlex needles promoting a tight injection
pattern and allowing for exceptional injection accuracy,
product quality and consistency. The new equipment is
seamlessly integrated
with the GEA SuperChill
brine chiller and the GEA
MultiShaker that removes
excess brine, closes needle
marks and activates
proteins, ultimately
resulting in low standard deviation during production,
increasing quality, yield and profit. The new OptiFlex
injector needles combine strength and flexibility.

Industrial Vaporsealed LED Linear from G&G Industrial
Lighting is a low-profile, waterproof lighting solution. The
VPX is driverless, seamless and IP68 rated. Its compact
1-in. round housing is permanently sealed and requires
no assembly. This premium vaportight light reduces the
risk of failure by more than 80 percent in comparison to
traditional models. The VPX was derived from a need for
a high efficiency vaportight that can withstand prolonged
exposure to harsh environments without the need for
assembly or maintenance. A seamless extruded housing
provides IP68 ingress protection along with chemical and
UV resistance without the use of clips, gaskets or seals.

The 3M Clean-Trace System's claim to detect adenosine
triphosphate (ATP) on common food manufacturing
contact surfaces with consistency and stability was
evaluated through the AOAC Performance Tested Methods
(PTM) program. The system can help bridge the gap
