Tray sealing solutions

The HC-M-WD-MDi Checkweigher
from WIPOTEC-OCS has become the
workhorse of checkweighers in the
meat packaging industry. Capable of
handling up to 250 products per minute, the machine utilizes WIPOTEC's
precision Electro-Magnetic Force
Restoration (EMFR) technology,
which enables extremely short settling times to deliver fast, accurate
and repeatable weighing results. An
intuitive software interface offers
ease of operation, and the model
meets all food processing industry
requirements including IFS-compliant
product control and other HACCP
or LMHV/FDA hygiene regulations.

Proseal offers its advanced OC
Conveyor feeding a Proseal GT1e
machine to illustrate the production
efficiencies of an integrated conveyor
and tray sealer solution, and the LC1
Lid-clipping
machine. The
LC1 is a fully
automatic, inline lid-placing,
denesting and
tamping system
(patent pending),
designed to cut labor costs while utilizing recyclable packaging. It can accept
trays from any conveyors; clip lids
onto film-sealed trays; and take trays
directly from a filling conveyor when
no film lid is required. Using these features to avoid any loading errors, the
LC1 system can be fully integrated with
any other in-line equipment including upstream tray-sealing machines.

float switch
The EPSW-FLS-1KPS-10A-V2 explosion-proof float switch from Larson
Electronics is a rugged and reliable, leak-proof and explosion-proof
float switch rated for use in Class I,
Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; and
Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F,
and G hazardous locations. This NEMA
4-rated explosion-proof float switch
has no bellows, springs or
seals and instead contains
a free-swinging float that
attracts a magnet located
within the switch's solid
metal body, which actuates a snap switch with a
basic lever arm. This unit
is made of durable brass
that can withstand 1,000

Slip-resistant flooring

The Hollymatic self-feeding Model
R2200 is designed for food forming
and portioning requirements in smallto high-volume food processors. The
compact, rugged machine forms a wide
variety of products into a multitude
of shapes and sizes. One of the most
important features is that it is very
simple to set up, operate and clean.
The R2200 Portioning Machine forms
patties and other shapes up to 4.7 in.
in diameter with adjustable weights

UD200 SR floor system, a heavy-duty,
trowel-applied polyurethane concrete
floor system formulated specifically
for use in wet-process applications and
wherever a robust slip-resistant flooring is required. UD200 SR is unique
in that the enhanced slip resistance
is built into the entire system. This
ensures that even with wear, the floor
will retain its original slip-resistance
performance. This feature also enables
contractors to eliminate the step
of adding a slip-resistant layer during application, thereby saving time.

SR include a high thermal stability
that fully resists steam or hot water

cleaning system

5-pump high-pressure clean and wash
booster set that efficiently provides
