At the Annual Meat Conference on March
6, 2023, in Dallas, a breakout panel, for
" Attracting and Retaining Your Workforce "
discussed possible solutions to today's labor
challenges. Tyler Holden, a partner at New
York-based creative consultancy, Lippincott,
addressed the labor market in the meat
processing and food industries specifically,
and touched on some key points of employer
interest. She said employees are looking
