a trend for smaller
portion sizes in
the instore bakery.
Speciﬁcally, packaging
designed for single unit
sales instead of large
or bulk multipacks. We
are watching to see
how this affects impulse
buys by giving the
consumer the option
to reward themselves
without extra product.

itself is becoming more
sustainable.
