Pre beef is farmed in Australia and New Zealand, where cows graze
on thousands of acres of nutrient-rich pastures year-round. With a mild
climate and lush pastures, Australia and New Zealand have the highest
standards in the world for grazing and certification. Pre beef is cut,
trimmed or ground and packaged for nationwide distribution in Chicago.
In the past several months, Ponticelli said, Pre has demonstrated
not only resilience but also reliability. Since the pandemic began, the
company has consistently delivered high-quality product with minimal
disruption, thanks to a strong supply chain. Pre has doubled capacity
since February, with sales growth exceeding 130% year over year.
Like all Pre beef, Pre Center-Cut Beef Tenderloin Roast is 100%
grass-fed and finished, with no added hormones, antibiotics or GMOs.
Pre beef is packaged in airtight, completely transparent, vacuumsealed plastic that is 100% nitrate- and BPA-free. Pre beef is Halal
compliant, Whole30 approved, certified paleo and keto. Pre beef is
available nationwide at grocers, specialty markets, club stores and via
e-commerce.
