Inustry Images Future Focus SFA holds its last two events of 2011, the Executive Leadership Forum and Management Development Program. n September, the Snack Food Association (SFA) held its annual Executive Leadership Forum at the Four Seasons Resort in Jackson Hole, WY. Three weeks later, the association turned its attention to the Management Development Program, which was held Oct. 9-11 at the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn, MI. I Social media expert Chadwick Conte shares the advantages of using websites such as Twitter and Facebook as a way to attract new and loyal customers with attendees of the Management Development Program. Attendees of the Executive Leadership Forum take an opportunity to go horseback riding along the sagebrush flats on the eastern slopes of Grand Teton National Park. Management Development Program attendees receive updates on a variety of topics including the new food safety law and acrylamide at the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn, MI. Negotiation expert Jack W. Kaine advises Management Development Program attendees to focus on negotiating, not bargaining, and provides rules to assist with successful negotiations.
