Jill Gregory, executive vice-president and chief marketing
officer, NASCAR
Jill Gregory, the first-ever female
NASCAR chief marketing officer,
oversees NASCAR's award-winning
marketing department including brand
and consumer marketing, driver and
team marketing, content strategy and
analytics and insights. Ms. Gregory leads
the broadcasting department and collaborates with
NASCAR's broadcast partners on marketing, digital and fan
engagement strategies. Under her leadership, NASCAR
has bolstered its overall marketing strategy to strengthen
fan engagement and cultivate new fans among younger
and more diverse audiences. Attendees will also hear a live
interview on her career journey and how she became an
executive leader in a male-dominated industry.

How Macro Trends are Impacting the Latin American
Snack Market
Alejandro Prieto, global analytics lead, Nielsen
Alejandro Prieto leads analytics within the
client service group of Nielsen for the
largest beverage company across all
markets where Nielsen provides
measurement service; he is also
responsible for the relationship in all Latin
American countries. In this capacity, he is
responsible for creating and deploying global analytical
solutions across multiple markets to drive increases in
revenue, profit, basket penetration, recruitment and in-store
execution with focus on three core disciplines: shopper
experience, pricing and marketing mix. Mr. Prieto has 20
years of market research and analytics experience with
CPGs and advertising agencies. He previously led strategy
and insights for Coca-Cola Canada. Prior to that, Mr. Prieto
specialized in consumer and shopper insights, innovation,
and data management for Coca-Cola Mexico.

Carlos Ordonez, client business partner, Nielsen
Carlos Ordonez leads the Coca-Cola
and subsidiaries business unit in Mexico
and is responsible for analytics and
consulting as well as commercial and
client service satisfaction targets. He
has more than 20 years of experience in
marketing and commercial strategy,
innovation, consumer insights, and consulting for leading
FMCG and pharma brands. His previous roles in
companies such as Coca-Cola Femsa, Unilever, Merck &
Co, and Bayer forged strong international experience
designing regional strategies throughout Latin American
and Central America. Prior to his current role at Nielsen,
he managed core brands for Bayer Mexico.

Ellen Taaffe, assistant professor and director,
women's leadership programs, Kellogg School at
Northwestern University
Ellen Taaffe spent the bulk of her
career in brand management rising to
vice-president, senior vice-president
and chief brand marketing officer roles
in divisions of PepsiCo, Royal
Caribbean and the Whirlpool
Corporation, respectively. Throughout
her career, Ms. Taafe has excelled at coaching and
developing leaders and has led teams to the highest
engagement scores and business results within several
companies. She teaches personal leadership insights,
designs and delivers women's leadership programming
at Kellogg, and develops authentic leaders and inclusive
workplaces. Ms. Taafe was recently featured in a TED
Talk conference focused on women's leadership
development.
