he award is presented at the
annual Academic Awards
Banquet held each Spring. Tobias
was recognized by his students and
his colleagues for being " enthusiastic
and engaging, " " passionate in
what he teachers, " and " positive
and uplifting. " In presenting the
award, President Rivera noted that
faculty, " are directly responsible
for delivering the top of the line
knowledge and training that defines
our College. Their passion, hard work,
and authentic interactions with their
students, their colleagues, and their
industry partners are the foundation
of the reputation of Thaddeus
Stevens College. "
