elcome to Continuing the Dream. In our last edition we
shared with you some of the newest dreams beginning to
take shape at our much-anticipated and recently named lifestyle center - Eastport.
Join us for this edition as we introduce you to Middleton by The Villages - a
community support district specifically designed for the dedicated families and
business partners who serve our community every day.
A world-class community like The Villages takes a world-class team of dedicated
individuals who create, nurture, and serve the community.
When we first started out more than 40 years ago, The Villages was barely on the
map and considered by some to be in the " middle-of-nowhere " . At the time, it was
difficult finding folks who would come to work with us here in The Villages.
Since its opening in August of 2000, The Villages Charter School has helped us to

attract great employees, the best-of-the-best to support and serve our hometown. We
know that quality education for their children is important and brings peace of mind
to all our employees and their families. In addition to the Charter School, we know
that where our families choose to live, work, and play is equally important.
As we look at what is on the horizon for The Villages in our newest southern
locations such as Sawgrass Grove, Eastport and the future Wellness Village, it makes
perfect sense to expand our school and housing options for all the employees who
support our community.
