Caterpillar is now using iPad technology to help customers understand its equipment. The company recently introduced an e-Book to showcase the TH514 and explain its functions. Valve Service & Supply, Inc. was founded in 1976 as an industrial piping distributor – pipe, valves, and fittings – with the sugar mills serving as its main customers. Most recently, Valve Service earned certification from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, which makes it the only organization in the South Pacific with such a certificate of authorization. Describing what the milestone means for the company, John Gleeson, a marketing representative, says, “It’s like going from a bachelors degree to a Ph.D. “Our quality is documented by our VR certificate from the national board,” concludes Signaigo. “We have built our reputation on service, response and dependability.”
