NEWS MAKERS HART Board Re-Elects Lui-Kwan as Chairman international customer service department at Sudwest-Werbung Ltd. in Germany. HFF Adds Four to Staff Ivan Lui-Kwan and Don Horner Ivan Lui-Kwan was unanimously re-elected on June 19 to a second fiveyear term as chairman of the board of directors for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART). Board members also re-elected Don Horner, a former CEO of First Hawaiian Bank, to another five-year term as vice-chairman. Both Lui-Kwan and Horner began their new terms on July 1. Lui-Kwan, an attorney and former director of the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services for the City and County of Honolulu, has been a member of the board since its inception in 2011. In addition to serving as chairman for the past year, he has also chaired the board's government affairs, audit and legal matters committee. Kiewit Hires Camerino, Fujiki Alexander Camerino and Colin Fujiki have joined general contractor Kiewit Building Group Inc. Camerino was Alexander Camerino brought in as a safety supervisor in developing and enacting health and safety measures on Oahu and Neighbor Island job sites. He has more than five years in construction safety experience with management positions at Triton Marine Construction and Road Builders Corporation, both in Honolulu. Fujiki will work with pre-construction manager Mike Parker to develop time, cost and labor estimates for 56 | BUILDING INDUSTRY HAWAII | AUGUST 2014 various projects. He also will collect, analyze and present costs of construction materials and labor. Previously Fujiki was a lead project engineer for Colin Fujiki Audio Visual Co. in Honolulu. Villacorte, Ince Join RevoluSun RevoluSun has added two staff members to its Oahu division: Jorgette Villacorte as project adminJorgette Villacorte istrator and Mura Ince as customer care director. Villacorte will provide project management and administrative support on residential and commercial solar projects. She will also provide administrative support to the operations department. Ince will oversee programs to resolve customer inquiries and concerns and to ensure a high quality customer care experience. Villacorte was a permitting specialist with Sunetric and a project coordinator at Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing Hawaii Inc. Ince worked for K&W Trading Inc. in marketing, social media and customer service support. She also worked in the Mura Ince Questor Lau, Maile Norman, Glenn Tadaki and Brent Wozniak have joined the staff at HHF Planners, a Honolulu-based multidisciplinary planning firm. Questor Lau "These four professionals are a great addition to our growing team, and their diverse experience will strengthen our ability to serve our clients' needs," says Tom Fee, HFF president. Lau brings architectural experience in facilities programming, design and regulatory processes, and an interest in urban infill projects. Norman, a U.S. Coast Guard Reserve officer, brings a diverse range of military operational planning, maritime security and disaster management Maile Norman expertise. She holds a master's degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Tadaki has more than two decades of professional planning experience. He comes to HHF from Chris Hart and Partners Inc. on Maui where he Glenn Tadaki was involved in processing assessments and studies for both the private and public sector. Wozniak brings experience in mapping, conducting community surveys and preparing federal housing future need assessments. He is completing his master's in urban and regional planning Brent Wozniak at UH-Manoa.
