Servco Gives Back Through an internal effort led by longtime employees of the firm, Servco Pacific Inc. collected 415 new backpacks and school supplies, which were donated in July to first graders at seven well-deserving public schools on Oahu. They were: Benjamin Parker, Palolo, Puohala, Lehua, Lincoln, Honowai and Kalihi elementary schools. The backpacks included supplies such as crayons, markers, portfolios, three-ring binders, pencil boxes, glue, scissors, erasers, pencils, composition books and other necessary items. “We care about the community and are proud of our fellow employees at Servco for how they pitched in. These students now have the necessary tools they need to make learning fun and enjoyable,” commented Uilani Desilva, Joanne Chikazawa and Francis Lee, co-chairs of the backpack drive.
