The one, two and three-bedroom residences, many with den options, range from 980 to 3,065 square feet and have outdoor lanai from 90 to 966 square feet. This park will be conveyed to the community by Hale Ka Lae through The Trust for Public Land, ensuring the protection of valuable cultural and natural resources for future generations to enjoy. Hanwha E&C Corp is the general contractor and Philpotts Interiors will be doing the interior design. The anticipated project finish is the end of 2013.
