If your business involves the operation, maintenance or renovation of buildings in any way, this Expo was designed just for you. The two-day event features more than 200 exhibitors and nearly 30 seminars, and attendance is free. Last year, the Expo attracted a crowd of nearly 2,500 and included architects, asset managers, contractors, interior designers and real estate brokers in addition to property managers for commercial buildings, colleges, condos, healthcare facilities, country clubs, government buildings, utilities, military structures, schools, golf courses, warehouses and more. Geared toward professionals working in all capacities of the building management industry, it's the only major forum in Hawaii that brings this diverse group of individuals together to mingle, learn about new products, and participate in seminars that discuss a wide range of topics as well as the latest developments, trends and concerns in the industry today. All seminars are free, except for selected presentations by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM). The collection of 200-plus exhibitors will range from roofing, security, restoration and wealth strategy companies to the City & County of Honolulu's Department of Environmental Services and associations such as IREM.
