OXFORD ORAL & MAXILLOFACIAL Surgery Centre
(Oxford OMS Centre) is a state-of-the-art surgical facility
located near the intersection of Oxford Street East and
Highbury Avenue. Our ultra-modern building exterior
and interior was designed to create a premium patient
experience, which is further enhanced by the five-star
customer service we pride ourselves upon. Convenient
and secure on-site parking is provided for all patients.
As a new patient, you will be greeted by one of our
delightful office administrators who will guide you
through the patient registration process using online
forms, or paper forms for those who prefer them. We aim
to minimize the waiting time between the first point of
contact and your consultation appointment, where our
surgeon, Dr. Morrison, will patiently walk you through
every detail of your treatment options.
Each treatment plan is customized to a patient's individual
needs. We then prioritize the prompt scheduling of
your surgical appointment so that you and your various
healthcare providers (e.g., family dentist, orthodontist,
denturist, etc.) may efficiently proceed to the next phases
of your overall treatment plan.
To ensure that each patient receives the safest, most
comfortable surgical care, Dr. Morrison will help you to
determine which type of anesthesia would best be suited
for your specific procedure. Options range from local
anesthesia to minimal sedation to deep sedation/general
anesthesia. Treatments provided by Dr. Morrison include
wisdom tooth and complex tooth extractions, dental
implants, bone grafting, biopsies for oral pathology, surgical
exposure of impacted teeth, and Botox injections for
temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and muscle dysfunction.
