to deliver complete client satisfaction, we encourage
our clients to collaborate with the design team to share

creative, contextually responsive solution. With over 120
years of combined staff experience, matter continues
to grow in both size and project complexity. Recently,
we have expanded into a new and larger oce space,
centred around our true design studio approach. which
empowers our team and ultimately strengthens the
'Remarkable Architecture' we deliver.

prides itself on being accommodating towards our team
and their daily lives. In order to have a proper work-life
balance, flexible time is critical, and we have offered this
since opening our doors in 2015. Flexible time empowers
the staff regarding arrival and departure times and
can take away the daily pressure of " being late " to work.
