Here's something we do a little differently: We have
recently started a three-month pilot program moving to
a four-day workweek to give our team the opportunity
to rest, recharge and spend more time with their loved
ones this summer. Mobials also offers regular social
events. Pre-Covid, this included VR at The Factory, rooftop
patio gatherings, volunteer opportunities, brewery
tours and more. Post-Covid, our events have been
mainly virtual, and have included virtual trivia, bingo and
a virtual magician!
