Caoyang Centennial Park is an open space project that consists of a narrow linear
park crafted within an 880 meters by 15 meters wide stretch of land previously occupied
by a branch line of Zhenru freight rail. The line had been repurposed for two
decades as a farmers market. With surrounding land occupied by traditional blue
collar housing units with few accessible recreational facilities, the district government
opted to transform the unoccupied land into a park serving the local neighborhood.

Completed in 2021, the 280-meter (918 feet) tall CapitaSpring is a mixed-use highrise
development in the heart of Singapore's financial district. It is conceived as a
vertical city that prioritizes community engagement. The tower is divided into several
zones, featuring 61,500 sq metres (661,980 sq feet) of office space in the high zone
and approximately 300 serviced residences in the low zone. In between, a unique
four-story public space functions as a vertical park from the 17th-20th floors.

HOMA Phuket Town is a 505-unit co-living/co-working serviced apartment development
located on Phuket Island in southern Thailand. HOMA pushes the boundaries
of traditional affordable housing by adopting attractive concepts more typical of
high-end properties but implementing them using inexpensive materials. Sustainability
shines through as a key theme, with the building becoming Thailand's first
purpose-built residential facility to be LEED and EDGE certified.
