The Art of Gifting
Corporate gifting used to mean a surprise on the pillow when attendees returned to their
rooms at the end of the evening. Or an award offered up at the final night's ceremony.
Not any more. Gift experiences and amenity bars, customized to attendees' tastes
and company goals, have taken meetings to new levels. The following are five fresh
examples:

Monaco Gifts
Gift Collection Captures the Spirit of Monaco
Locally inspired gifts have replaced souvenirs and the Monaco
Government Tourist Office has curated a catalog of gifts that are
local to the area or represent the spirit and flavor of the area. For
example, the Grasse Collection Body Milk Set features scents
that were inspired by the city of Grasse near Provence. The
Chocolaterie de Monaco offers chocolate gift boxes that can
include a silk scarf with the Grimaldi Coat of Arms; or how about
an elegant porcelain mug and teas from the Chocolaterie's private
collection, among dozens of other choices.

Scenterprises
Scenterprises Teaches the Art
of Perfume
People have always been mystified by how perfume
is made and the Perfume Bar by Scenterprises shows
attendees how. Creator Sue Phillips has been in the
fragrance industry for 30 years and only works with the
finest ingredients. The experience starts with a scent
personality test, where people determine which fragrance
families they prefer, then they are able to choose from 3-4
perfume blends to create their own personalized scent.
Each attendee leaves with a custom bottle of perfume, as
well as a registration certificate with the formula so they
can re-order online.
