Starting in 2012, Borgata underwent a complete $50 million redesign of its 1,566 Classic guest rooms. That redesign continued prevue center stage / Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in 2015 with an additional $6 million restyle of the property's 39 Opus suites and two 5,000-sf Residence suites. In addition to the suite renovation, the property renovated both the men's and women's lounges in Spa Toccare as well as its workout facility, called the Pump Room. Borgata also completely redesigned its buffet, adding $2 million worth of porcelain stone flooring and resurfaced sky-like ceilings as well as carpeting that features a new take on a traditional Italian fresco.
