1. Yoga+Culinary

For those travelers looking to complement a meditative
retreat with savory Indonesian fare, International
Culinary Tours is offering a 10-day Culinary and Yoga
Tour in Bali from March 31-April 9 and April 13-22,
2018. A few highlights from this 10-day journey include
a sunrise and sunset yoga with a private instructor;
a morning market tour through Bali followed by a
cooking class; a visit to Bali's sacred sea temples such
as Puri Uluwatu and Puri Tanah Lot; and a visit to
the sacred Monkey Forest of Ubud. There's also an
informative Nature Herbal Walk, and visits to the
Luwak coffee and tea plantation, as well as an artisan

Cox & Kings is offering a wellness retreat in Rishikesh, India.

3. The Iridium Spa in Mumbai

variety of body treatments and massages to choose from, including the 90-minute
