JANUARY | FEBRUARY 2014 Human Resource Executive magazine has named Graebel Companies Senior Vice President of Human Resources Mary Stoik Dymond one of the DYMOND top five human resource executives for 2013. This is the first time an executive from a global mobility management company has been selected. Direction 24 Stoik Dymond made the list for transforming the human resource department at Graebel into a more effective, employee-focused team. Among the key factors that led to this honor was her creation and leadership of Graebel's WellBeing Program, which played a major role in Graebel countering year-over-year, double-digit increases in health care insurance costs. Graebel employees have seen no increase to their health care premiums for two consecutive years. LINDSAY EGGERS STEVENS WORLDWIDE VAN LINES Saginaw, Mich. Lindsay Eggers of Stevens Worldwide Van Lines has been elected to the board of the READ Association of Saginaw County, a local grassroots initiative EGGERS helping children learn to read through a positive relationship with a mentor. NATASZA PRZYBYLSKA ARPIN INTERNATIONAL (IRELAND) Dublin, Ireland Natasza Przybylska has been promoted to operations manager of Arpin International (Ireland). She helps ensure that all moves PRZYBYLSKA carried out by service providers and agents meet Arpin's standards and manages and trains new staff members. She is the prime contact for U.S. State Department and military moves Arpin International (Ireland) has been appointed to manage. Przybylska was previously a move coordinator, managing the entire door-to-door household goods shipment process. She is fluent in English, Polish, Russian and German. LEA MAGBUHAT O'NEIL SOFTWARE INC. Irvine, Calif. Lea Magbuhat, formerly vice president of finance and human resources, has been promoted to chief financial officer and vice president of finance for MAGBUHAT O'Neil Software Inc. Her responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and supervising the recordkeeping for all O'Neil entities. She has been with O'Neil since 1994.
