Pre-registration	closes	on August 13, 2010.	All	badges	will	be	available	for	pick	up	 on-site	at	the	Orange	County	Convention	Center.	After	August 13, 2010,	all	changes	 must	be	made	on-site	at	registration.	Guests/Family	Members	who	attend	InterBev	or	its	 social	events	must	register	for	the	Convention.	No	children	under	the	age	of	16	will	be	 admitted	on	the	exhibit	floor	or	at	educational/general	sessions.	

Cancellations			All	cancellations	will	be	subject	to	a	$50	processing	fee.	To	
receive	a	refund	for	payment	of	registration	fees,	notification	must	be	received	in	 writing	no	later	than	August 13, 2010.	Substitutions	will	be	allowed.	All	substitutions	 for	pre-registrants	after	August 13, 2010	will	be	handled	on-site	at	the	Orange	County	 Convention	Center	Registration	counter.	Bring	a	copy	of	the	registration	confirmation	 letter	on-site.	Registrations	cancelled	after	August 13, 2010	are	non-refundable.

• Hotel	reservations	will	only	be	accepted	for	registered	convention	attendees. • InterBev	has	reserved	accommodations	at	leading	hotels	in	Orlando	and	will		
secure	reservations	for	registrants	requesting	accommodations	prior	to		 August 13, 2010.	After	this	date,	reservations	will	be	made	on	an	as-available	 basis	directly	with	the	hotel.
