Making the most of your production resources

and salespeople and can also have a
positive impact on the customer. With

GETTING LEADERSHIP AND
MANAGEMENT ON BOARD
Critically, management must be on
board - from senior leadership
through middle management. It's
important to engage management
staff in the process and to have them
firmly behind and supportive of the
initiative. "You need management
commitment and buy-in from the
users through involvement at all levels," O'Donnell said. "It's not a group
