CALUMET NAMES INTERIM CFO,
NEW CAO

Calumet Specialty Products Partners
appointed L. Todd Borgmann as
senior vice president and interim chief
financial officer (CFO) and named
Vincent Donargo chief accounting
officer (CAO) after he served in the
interim role since June.
As interim CFO, Borgmann will
now lead all treasury, tax, IT and
capital market activities. Donargo will
continue to head Calumet's accounting function and will work to improve
the company's internal controls.
"We are excited and fortunate to
transition Todd into the CFO role as
he brings over 12 years of experience
with Calumet across a variety of
management roles and responsibilities," said Calumet CEO Steve Mawer.
"We are also looking forward to
continuing to work with Vince as our
chief accounting officer. Vince brings
extensive public company finance
experience and has done an excellent
job as our interim CAO."
INGEVITY NAMES NEW
PRESIDENT, CEO, DIRECTOR
Ingevity Corp. named John C. Fortson as
its new president and CEO. He will also
serve on the company's board of directors.
"John presented the board with a
compelling vision and strategy for
'Ingevity 2.0,' based on his familiarity
with the company and its unique
culture," said Rick Kelson, Ingevity's
chairman of the board. "His business
acumen and credibility with capital
markets, combined with his innate
leadership skills, make John an ideal
selection for Ingevity's next CEO."

AFTON CHEMICAL BOARD
APPROVES GPA BLENDING
INVESTMENT AT SINGAPORE
FACILITY

Afton Chemical Corp.'s board approved
the company's investment in gasoline
performance additive (GPA) blending
capabilities at its Singapore Chemical
Additive Manufacturing Facility.
The investment is justified by a
projected 4% compound annual
growth rate of GPA in the Asia-Pacific
market. "The additional GPA blending
