How will business be
different post-pandemic?
"The biggest change we foresee
is how we interact with customers
and suppliers. If people become
comfortable with conducting business via email, text, phone, Zoom,
etc., and we are not in front of each
other, business will become more
transactional. This could lead to
commoditization of products and
services, because it will become a
challenge to differentiate ourselves
in the market. The challenge for us
will be how to communicate the
value of our organization without
personal interactions. Many small
organizations rely on face-to-face
interactions and don't have the
resources or expertise to pivot to
virtual marketing/sales."

new ways to reach their target
audience. Conducting business
virtually becomes more of a norm,
and there will be less face-to-face
business meetings long-term.
Office sales calls will become less
of a norm, and conferencing will
become increasingly virtual. Larger
inter-company business discussions and meetings will likely stay
more virtual. Relationship selling
will become more of a challenge
as well."
