INTO ANOTHER YEAR
Carroll, Lorimor and Skuratovich join eight industry representatives who will continue to fulfill their roles on ILMA's Board.
Board members include: Barbara Bellanti, president of Battenfield Grease and Oil Corp.; Dave Croghan, vice president
and general manager of Maxum Petroleum; Richard Camper,
executive vice president of Pacific Precision Formulators Inc.;
Catharine Golden, vice president of manufacturing at Etna
Products Inc.; Frank Hamilton III, president of South Atlantic

Services Inc.; Greg Julian, president of Advanced Lubrication
Specialties; Kent Morris, president of Pinnacle Oil Holdings,
and Dave Richards, chief operating officer of RichardsApex Inc.
Due to the disruptions and challenges brought on by
COVID-19, ILMA kept its executive committee leadership
in line. Decker has retained his role as president. Schwindaman serves as ILMA's vice president. Michael Damiani,
CEO/HTF group leader of Radco Industries Inc., is ILMA's
treasurer. Ann Ball, manager of product health and safety,
regulatory affairs, at CIMCOOL, serves as ILMA's secretary.
Barbara Kudis, president of Allegheny Petroleum Products
Co., is ILMA's immediate past president.

" My hope would be that in 2021, we get
back to some semblance of normalcy
and a supply chain that is stable again.
Right now, we're still dealing with
shortage or force majeures due to the
pandemic. Earlier this year, one of our
allied businesses that supplies lubricants to the automotive OEMs had to
shut down as the automotive manufacturers shut down. Now we've added
an additional shift to meet demand but
have heard we may be shutting down
again. It is hard to operate a business
when you have that. In the chemical
industry, you don't just shut these
processes down overnight. Some raw
materials have a very limited shelf life,
so it is a challenge. "

" We have a lot of uncertainty ahead in
terms of how the new administration
is [going] to affect our industry and
with when the coronavirus situation
is going to settle down and allow
everybody to get back to business. As
a board member, I've heard a broad
range of concerns about the economy
and how long this is going to continue.
At the same time, the member support for ILMA has been tremendous.
Fortunately, the membership has really
stepped up, not only supporting the
different platforms, but also has been
very supportive of ILMA in general. I am
hoping that continues into next year. "

" In 2021, we hope to see business
conditions improve with the successful
introduction and widespread use of
a COVID-19 vaccine. Additionally,
we hope that the new president and
Congress will work together in the spirit
of compromise to help our country and
unite the people. "
