RECOGNIZED BY OHIO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AUTHORITY
Hydrodec of North America is pleased
to announce that it has been recognized
under Ohio Environmental Protection
Authority (EPA)'s Encouraging Environmental Excellence Program (E3).
Hydrodec received recognition
from Ohio EPA's E3 Program at the
Achievement Level, which commends
an organization's exceptional achievements in environmental stewardship
and related criteria developed by the
Ohio EPA. The goal of environmental
stewardship is to reduce the impact
of business or organizational activities
on the environment beyond measures
required by any permit or rule, producing a better environment, conserving natural resources and resulting in
long-term economic benefits.
Specifically, Hydrodec's Canton,
Ohio, location is congratulated by
Ohio EPA Director Craig W. Butler for
its enhanced process recycling, energy
efficiency, improving process efficiency
to reduce waste and increased recycling, Brownfield redevelopment and
upper-management commitment for
ongoing environmental improvements.
This award is a tribute to the creativity and perseverance of our local
team, the application of Hydrodec's
world-class technology and the support
offered by our supply chain partner,
G&S Technologies," said Michael
Pitcher, president of Hydrodec of

PILOT CHEMICAL HIRES TECHNICAL
MARKETING MANAGER AND NORTH
AMERICAN SALES MANAGER

Bill Woods

Paul Washlock

Bill Woods has been named Pilot
Chemical Co.'s new technical marketing
manager. He will support the expansion
of Pilot's Mason Chemical division.
Woods brings more than 21 years of
experience in product sales and marketing and most recently served as business
manager at Galaxy Surfactants North

America in Denville, New Jersey. He
holds a Master of Science in chemistry
and an MBA in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck,
New Jersey.
Paul Washlock has been named
Pilot Chemical Co.'s new distribution
sales manager. He will oversee North
American distribution sales for Pilot
and Mason Chemical product lines.
Washlock brings more than 25 years
of experience in engineering and technical sales. Most recently, he was the
managing partner for Global Recruiters
of Westfield, Indiana, near Indianapolis. He holds a Master of Science in
engineering from Case Western Reserve
University in Cleveland.
AMALIE OIL STRIKES SALES AND
MARKETING AGREEMENT WITH ESL
TEKNOLOGIES FOR ITS SPECTROLTM
LUBRICANTS
AMALIE Oil has signed a strategic
agreement with ESL TEKnologies
(ESLT), whereby ESLT has the
exclusive sales and marketing rights to
SpectrolTM branded lubricants in the
U.S. AC Oil Corp., an AMALIE business unit in North Charleston, South
Carolina, will continue to produce
and package Spectrol lubricants.
"The opportunity to increase Spectrol's market share in the 2.3 billion
gallon U.S. lubricants marketplace
presents a very real opportunity for
our company and AMALIE," said
John T. "Cork" Jaeger Jr., ESLT's
CEO. "We've assembled a seasoned
marketing and sales team that has vast
experience in the lubricants industry. In addition, some of our people
have been involved with developing
advanced lubricant formulations. We
look forward to applying this expertise
to the Spectrol brand as well."
