ESLT has formed a board of
advisors comprising some of the
industry's most experienced executives.
Tom Plaskett, former chairman and
CEO of Pan American Airways and
Greyhound Lines, serves as chairman.
Other members include Allan McArtor, CEO of Airbus Group for North
America and former administrator of
the Federal Aviation Administration;
Michael McMillan, who spent 40
years with General Motors Research
Center, where he was involved in
developing advanced lubricants and
certifying the engine oils for GM
vehicles; and Tom Scott, a longtime
executive vice president of The Warranty Group, with deep experience in
the retail automobile industry.
HYDROTEX ANNOUNCES BRANDT
JENSEN AS UTAH DIVISION PARTNER

Hydrotex announced Brandt Jensen
has joined the company as division
partner serving the fuel, food processing and local and long-distance freight
industries. His efforts span the upper
and eastern half of Utah, including
the Ogden, Salt Lake City, Provo and
Logan areas.

Jensen is a second-generation entrepreneur who helped his father build
one of Utah's leading logistic companies. He has already enjoyed success
with building and managing Interwest
Transportation while serving customers. Now he is accomplishing the same
in his Hydrotex role.
"As a customer of Hydrotex products I experienced its performance
firsthand," Jensen said. "Becoming
a division partner was a natural next
step that capitalized on my background in warehousing, distribution,
logistics and transportation. Many
of my Hydrotex customers are in the
same roles I've had, so we're already
speaking the same language."
As a division partner, Jensen will
counsel customers on cost-efficient
machinery and equipment maintenance using environmentally sustainable solutions. In addition to the
industry-standard focus on premier
lubrication, reduced friction and
reduced wear, Hydrotex solutions
address biodegradability, oxidation
stability, reduced cost, worker health
and application knowledge.
PILOT CHEMICAL CO. CELEBRATES
65TH ANNIVERSARY
Pilot Chemical Co. celebrated its 65th
anniversary on Sept. 19. The company
was founded on that date in 1952
in Santa Fe Springs, California, by
John Morrisroe. Morrisroe began the
company with his patent for a process
called "ice-cold sulfonation," which
resulted in higher-quality products.
From Santa Fe Springs, the company expanded to Lockland, Ohio, in
1963; then to Avenel, New Jersey, in
1968; Houston, in 1973; and Middletown, Ohio, in 1985. The company
headquarters were originally in Santa

Fe Springs but were relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2005.
The company has followed the
vision of its founder by innovating
and expanding. Today, it has 285
employees and sells worldwide. Recent
acquisitions include Mason Chemical
Co. in Arlington Heights, Illinois, in
2012; Liquid Minerals Group Inc.,
in New Waverly, Texas, in 2016; and
ATRP Solutions Inc., in Pittsburgh
this year.
"It is fitting to remember John Morrisroe on Pilot's 65th anniversary," said
Mike Scott, Pilot Chemical's president. "We owe much of the company's
success to the example he set."
The company officially celebrated
the anniversary with a luncheon at its
Cincinnati headquarters on Sept. 28.
