2019-2022 ILMA Board
of Directors Nominees
The ILMA Nominating Committee is pleased to introduce its five nominees for positions on its Board of
Directors for the 2019-2022 term. An official notice and
voting information will be sent via email to all Manufacturing Member Key Representatives in late August.

ANN BALL

Ann Ball is the product health and safety,
regulatory affairs manager for CIMCOOL®
Industrial Products LLC dba CIMCOOL®
Fluid Technologies, a division of Milacron
LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has been
employed by CIMCOOL since 1988. In
that time, she has worked on projects or in positions in the
areas of health, safety, environment, testing and compliance
associated with metalworking fluids and related products. Ball
is currently active with ILMA as chair of the Metalworking
Fluids Committee and has served on the ILMA Board since
2016. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science/
agricultural business from The Ohio State University. This will
be Ball's second term on the ILMA Board of Directors.

BARBARA A. BELLANTI

Barbara Bellanti has been with Battenfeld
Grease & Oil Corp. of N.Y. since 1981,
starting in the American lubricants business
unit and assuming positions of increasing
responsibility - all culminating with her
appointment as president and CEO in
2004. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the State
University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA in finance from
Canisius College. Bellanti served as president of the National
Lubricating Grease Institute, 2009-2012, and as chair of ILMA's
Grease Committee. She has been attending ILMA meetings for
over 20 years. In addition to sitting on the ILMA Foundation
Board of Governors, Bellanti has served on the ILMA Board of
Directors since 2007. She was ILMA president, 2015-2016.

RICHARD CAMPER

Richard Camper is the executive vice
president for Pacific Precision Formulators
(PPF), a specialty fluids manufacturer
based in Vernon, California. His responsibilities include sales and marketing,
product development, and supplier engagement for PPF's core offering of metalworking fluids, food-grade
lubricants and high-performance lubricants. Camper graduated

from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1986 with a
degree in chemistry and began working in the laboratory for D.
A. Stuart. He joined Hasco Oil, the parent company of PPF,
in 1998 and assumed several roles within the organization,
including technical manager, sales manager and vice president.
Camper was instrumental in the 2010 acquisition of the PPF
facility and the expansion of its product line. He has been
involved with ILMA since 2010 and contributed to ILMA's
VOC and chlorinated paraffin advocacy efforts. This will be his
first term on the ILMA Board of Directors.

BARBARA KUDIS

Barbara Kudis has been president of
Wilmerding, Pennsylvania-based Allegheny Petroleum Products since 2016.
Prior to that, she was vice president and
had held various operations and sales
management roles at Allegheny Petroleum
throughout her career. Previously, she was an international
program manager at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire
Control in Orlando, Florida. Kudis served as chair of ILMA's
Young Executives Council in 2010 and the Family Business
Council in 2011. She has served on the ILMA Board of
Directors since 2013 and is currently ILMA president.

MICHAEL MCHENRY

Michael McHenry is president, CEO and
a board member of Master Fluid Solutions (MFS), a privately held Perrysburg,
Ohio-based global metalworking fluid
manufacturing company with approximately 400 employees. MFS serves
customers worldwide with a global network of owned manufacturing operations supported by direct sales and distribution
partners. McHenry started his career in the lubricants industry
in research and development at Castrol North America,
followed by technical, commercial and general management
positions at Hatco Corp., Ciba Specialty Chemicals and BASF
Corp. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Rutgers
University. His involvement with ILMA began in 1995. This
will be McHenry's first term on the Board of Directors.
