MASTER FLUID SOLUTIONS
ACQUIRES WILHELM DIETZ

Master Fluid Solutions acquired
the Germany-based Wilhelm Dietz
GmbH as part of a long-term strategic
plan to expand its global footprint
and gain manufacturing capabilities
in Europe.
The acquisition will give Master
Fluid Solutions' European customers
more localized operations and service
and will give the company broader
access to new industries and markets.

expand our global presence, and [Wilhelm] Dietz will contribute towards
