Cellura, who has served on the Board
since 2006, takes on the role. Cellura
joined the Board upon his retirement
from Pilot, where he served in executive roles for more than 20 years. Prior
to joining Pilot, he held key roles with
DuPont and Union Carbide.

LLP, Brantley advises public and
private companies on mergers and
acquisitions, securities and corporate
governance. He has provided invaluable legal counsel to Pilot Chemical
for more than 13 years.
"John has developed an in-depth
knowledge of the company's heritage,
the business objectives and the strategy
for continued growth and success,"
said Paul Morrisroe, Pilot chairman.
"His contributions to the Board will
be highly valued."
Brantley said he has come to know
and respect Morrisroe and Pilot's
Board of Directors and management
over those 13 years and is excited to
contribute to the company's continued growth.

ETNA PRODUCTS INC. REACHES
75 YEARS

Etna Products Inc. celebrates its 75th
anniversary this year. The company
was founded in 1943 by Ike Tripp Jr.,

the grandfather of Etna's current owner,
Ike Tripp IV. and it was named after
the town of Etna, Pennsylvania -
a suburb of Pittsburgh. The town of
Etna had agreed to give Tripp warehouse space for free if he named the
business after the town. In 1944, Tripp
moved the company to Aurora, Ohio,
because his largest customer located in
Cleveland, asked him to move closer
to its facility so he could provide the
customer support it needed. Tripp
developed relationships with a number
of customers that Etna still sells today.
In 1955, Ike Tripp III joined the
company, and in 1960 purchased Etna
from his father. In 1967, he purchased
the land and built offices, a laboratory
and production facilities.
Ike Tripp IV, the third generation
of Tripp management, joined the
company in 1974 and held a number
of different positions within the company prior to purchasing the business
between 1986 and 1991. He led a
major expansion to the laboratory and
plant in 1997 and 2001, respectively.
His daughter, Catharine Golden,
joined the business in March 2003
after holding various positions within
the company and now serves as vice
president, operations. Tripp IV's son,
Gardner Tripp joined the business in
June 2014. He works with his father
on sales management and marketing
at Etna Products Inc. and Etna Tec
Limited LLC. Golden and her brother
represent the fourth generation of
leadership at the Etna companies
