Xiaoyu " Sky " Guo received her bachelor of science in
Mathematics from SUNY-Buffalo in 2017, and her
master of science degree from the Zachry Department
of Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2019 at
Texas A&M University, where she is pursuing a Ph.D.
degree in Transportation. She is currently working as a research
assistant for the Connected Infrastructure Group under the System
Reliability Division at Texas A&M Transportation Institute. Her
research interests include connected infrastructures and vehicles,
traffic operations, and traffic safety.
Yunlong Zhang, P.E., Ph.D. (M) (Advisor) is a
professor and associate head in the Zachry Department
of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M
University. His primary research interests include traffic
operations, signal systems, and connected and
autonomous vehicle applications. He holds bachelor of science and
master of science degrees from Southeast University in China, and a
Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from Virginia Tech.
