redit union professionals from
across the country came to
learn new, revenue-boosting
solutions to help them drive
growth during NAFCU's 2017 Strategic
Growth Conference in Charleston, S.C.,
in February. The conference is designed
to give attendees the knowledge necessary to yield greater bottom-line results
through new marketing and lending strategies.
Keynote speaker Ken Schmidt, communications strategist and former director
of communications for Harley-Davidson
Motor Company, talked about "extreme
brand loyalty" in his keynote address,
sharing his experiences reinvigorating
Harley-Davidson's brand and boosting
sales to soaring new heights.
Community Choice Credit Union COO
Josh Cook reviewed several techniques
that credit unions can use to boost
sales - optimizing the credit union's
marketing and branding, for example.
Falcon Performance Group President
Jack Malcolm led a session on how credit
unions can create the right corporate
culture and how to spot potential signs
of a culture breakdown.
