GETTING TO KNOW ... Dion L. Williams, CFP®, MBA President / CEO Del-One Federal Credit Union Dover, Del. Dion Williams has been president and CEO for three years. He works in tandem with Del-One's Board and staff to effectively serve members and continually strives to add value to the credit union's membership. Q. Describe your leadership style rative. I believe in surrounding myself with outstanding talent, communicating the vision and then getting out of their way and letting them shine. More than anything, I've been a lifelong admirer of Ronald Reagan. His optimism and his belief in the ability of every individual to be exceptional and self-sufficient is something that's always resonated with me. Furthermore, that concept is a natural fit with credit unions and our commitment to improving the financial lives of our members. On the technology side, Del-One has added online account opening and funding, mobile apps for iPhone and Android, and by year's end we will have an iPad app, personal financial management platform and mobile deposit capture. Lastly, our call center hours were expanded to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I'm looking forward to the members having all of these services and service delivery channels at their disposal in 2014. The members were patient with us throughout the year as these projects were in progress, and I'm really excited about them enjoying the benefits as we enter the New Year. Q.
