Erik Christensen, founder of Solutions
Mobility, has joined Arpin Group as a
consultant specializing in modern global
workforce operations and technology
within the relocation and global mobility
space, while Stephen Crooks, whose career
began at Arpin in 1992, has expanded his
commitment at Arpin Group to executive consultant, responsible for overseeing
Arpin's commercial division.
Christensen, currently based in and
originally from California, brings a wealth
of industry experience to Arpin. In his new
consult role, he will assist with international growth of operations and customer
service centers, seek to improve flexibility
in the company's ability to manage moves,
and advise on steps Arpin can take to add
significant improvements in its overall use
of technology, including the development
of a customer-friendly app.
" I am so happy to announce that we
have added this highly respected industry leader to the Arpin team, " says Peter
Arpin, executive vice president, Arpin
Group Inc. " In addition to bringing great
contacts and networks to our organization, Erik aspires to uphold and enhance
Arpin's culture and mission around the
highest integrity and servant leadership
to those inside and outside of our company. We relish the chance to bring even
more talent and creativity to this incredible Arpin team, and we are grateful for
his willingness to join us on our journey. "
Over the last 13-plus years, Christensen
has built and led agile, cross-cultural,
customer-centric teams across several highgrowth companies, including Moveline,
Crater/Shyft, and Virtual Moving
Technologies, impacting the industry's
adoption of virtual sales, customer service,

and business operations tools across private,
corporate, and government sectors.
In his expanded role, Stephen Crooks,
president of SFC Global Consulting
LLC, will apply his experience in the
international household goods industry to
strengthen Arpin's relationships with key
clients and suppliers-particularly overseas. He will also work to increase Arpin's
brand recognition in the global marketplace
and formulate strategies around pricing,
operations, and customer service to further
enhance the company's ability to deliver
outstanding value, while broadening and
diversifying Arpin's revenue base.
" It was great reuniting with Steve, after
so many years, in October of last year, " says
Arpin. " Right away, as a trusted consultant, he fit right into our talented global
team-and quickly made a difference for
Arpin International Group in a difficult
year. Steve is extremely bright and talented.
He has shown that for many years in many
places. His experience in building brands
across the globe, while delivering great
customer service to all clients, fits perfectly
with Arpin's history, mission, and passion.
There is no one whom I would trust more
to lead our well-known and respected commercial division. "
" I'm very happy to be back at Arpin in
such an important role and look forward to
working with Peter and the management
team to help Arpin continue to build upon
a rich and dynamic history, " says Crooks,
whose career in the moving industry spans
nearly four decades.
Since forming SFC Global Consulting in
2017, Crooks and his company have been
dedicated to assisting companies in the
international moving and relocation industry in attaining their business goals. His
previous roles include president of Suddath
International, where he was responsible
for operations, business development, and
