FOREMAN APPOINTED VP OF HR
AT ATLAS VAN LINES
Atlas World Group Inc., the parent company
of Atlas Van Lines, has named Kelly
Foreman vice president of human resources
for Atlas Van Lines.
In her Atlas role, Foreman is responsible
for managing, directing, and guiding
the human resources functions, including
talent acquisition, benefits administration,
employee orientation, education, training,
and organizational development. Foreman
replaces Nancy Priebe, who served in the
role for 15 years prior to her retirement.
" Kelly's high level of professionalism
and extensive knowledge in the human
resources arena are invaluable to Atlas Van
Lines, " says Jim McMurray, senior vice
president, general counsel, and secretary
of Atlas Van Lines. " Her role will give her
responsibility over benefits and employee
policies that have consistently made Atlas a
desirable place to work and build a career. "
Foreman joins Atlas with an extensive
range of experience, including progressive
expertise that includes 11 years in a
manufacturing environment. She has a vast
knowledge of talent acquisition, payroll,
incentive plans and structures, travel and
expense reporting, and executive support
functions. Before joining Atlas, she
served for eight years as director and vice
president of human resources for Energy
Systems Group in Newburgh, Indiana.
Foreman has a bachelor's degree in business
administration-marketing, management,
and human resources from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well
as a Master of Business Administration
from Murray State University.

REMEMBERING PAUL JOHN
EVANS, AGM GROUP
Paul John Evans, chairman at AGM Group,
had a long and distinguished career dedicated
to the moving and relocation industry.
Yet it all started quite humbly. He was
born in Battersea, London, on 13 May
1947 to Peter and Jean and grew up with
his sister Lynne and his brother Malcolm.
It was not until much later in his life that
he was absolutely elated to find his other
siblings-Jayne, who was living in the U.S.,
and David, in Canada.
Among his first jobs were delivering milk
and papers, golf caddying, and-at the age of
14-his own car-cleaning business. When
the family moved from London to Somerset,
Evans worked at Lloyds Bank as a trainee
bank manager but then assisted in his father's
grocery shop business, using his entrepreneurial
skills to turn the shop around.
When Evans moved back to London,
he became involved in various businesses,
including a hairdresser's, Kop La Roche,
and Nicks Café. Evans even worked as
a part-time night controller for a taxi
company-giving him amazing " A to Z "
knowledge of London and a link to the
moving industry.
It was while working as a night controller
that someone asked him if the taxi could
