KINETIX INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS
RELOCATION REBRANDS AS KINETIX
RELOCATION

Kinetix International Logistics Relocation, whose
company origins date to 1986, has transformed its
brand. Now known as Kinetix Relocation, the company recently revitalized its look to include a more
modern company logo and intuitive website.
According to an announcement by Kinetix, this
refreshed image more accurately reflects its balanced
approach to service delivery worldwide.
The company provides a comprehensive selection
of both bundled and à la carte global relocation and
assignment management services in the U.S. and
more than 175 countries worldwide. It also offers
flexibility in designing custom programs to meet the
specific needs of the corporate client and the relocating employee, regardless of annual relocation volume
or program size.
"We are very excited about the ongoing evolution
of our relocation brand, as evidenced by our diverse
and expanding global client portfolio, consisting of
government agencies, public and private sector corporations, and NGOs," says Kinetix President Doug
Cruikshank. "We are uniquely positioned to handle
the complex and ever-changing needs of our clients'
talent mobility programs both now and in the future.
Our tagline, 'The Power of Moving Forward,' simply
sums up Kinetix's direction and momentum as we
move into the future."

COMPANIES HONORED IN HRO BAKER'S DOZEN

The HRO Today survey, 2020 Baker's Dozen Customer
Satisfaction Ratings, recently recognized relocation
management companies worldwide for top ratings in
service breadth, deal sizes, and quality.
Overall leaders in the 2020 survey were, in order:
CapRelo, Cornerstone Relocation Group, Global
Mobility Solutions, ARC Relocation, NuCompass
Mobility, Weichert Workforce Mobility, XONEX
Relocation, Graebel Relocation, Sterling Lexicon, NRI
Relocation Inc., MSI Global Transformation Solutions,
MoveCenter, and HomeServices Relocation.
Those who took the No. 1 spot in the three categories were:
* Breadth of service leader: XONEX Relocation.
* Size of deal leader: Graebel Relocation.
* Quality of service leader: CapRelo.

The Baker's Dozen customer satisfaction survey
for the mobility industry is based on customer
feedback and quantitative rankings. In 2020, the
survey drew 500 respondents, who shared their
service experiences and perspectives.
"Developing exceptional workforces leads to
better business outcomes, and an essential piece of
that initiative involves moving people to the right
locations," says Elliot Clark, CEO of HRO Today and
SharedXpertise Media LLC. "Mobility programs are a
powerful instrument in the war for talent. When they
are executed well, they fill gaps in skills and knowledge. They help grow and retain individuals who
are top performers. They identify global leaders and
inform a company's succession plans. And they offer
creative human capital strategies and solutions."

INDUSTRY EXPERTS WEIGH IN ON COVID-19

In late March, Sterling Lexicon hosted a virtual panel
of leading relocation experts to discuss how global
companies are handling the COVID-19 coronavirus
pandemic across a range of industries. Panelists
shared insights on how the crisis has impacted
every part of the relocation process, including real
estate, transferee welfare, household goods moving,
the immigration and visa process, and expatriated
workers. The virtual roundtable featured global
experts from Marriott International, Snowflake, and
UnitedHealthcare.
"The key is taking a flexible approach and
reviewing each case individually-there is no
one-size-fits-all solution in situations like this,"
says May Caffi, SCRP, SGMS-T, senior director of
relocation and immigration services for Marriott
International. "There is a mixture of a lot of different things going on, and people caught in the
middle of all this are either trying to get home or
get back to work."
Caffi was one of four panelists at the webinar,
which was moderated by Teela Gleason, GMS-T,
senior vice president of global client services
for The Suddath Companies, parent company of
Sterling Lexicon. The other panelists were Dr. Amit
Arwindekar, medical director for North America
for UnitedHealthcare Global; Benjamin Holley,
