DAVID SMITH APPOINTED AS VICE
PRESIDENT, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
OF ATLAS VAN LINES

Atlas World Group Inc., parent company of
Atlas Van Lines, appointed David Smith as vice
president and chief information officer at Atlas
Van Lines. Prior to his appointment at Atlas,
Smith served for 12 years as vice president and
senior managing director of application systems
at OneMain Financial in Evansville, Indiana.
In his Atlas role, Smith leads and oversees the
IT functions, including technology capabilities,
resources, and assets for Atlas World Group and
its 10 subsidiaries. He is also responsible for
overall strategy, execution, and delivery of IT
services across the enterprise to ensure alignment
with company objectives.
"Today, IT is an integral strategic tool for our
organization," says Barry Schellenberg, president
and chief operating officer of Atlas Van Lines.
"We have made significant investments in our IT
infrastructure, and I'm confident David's experience will enable and inspire the Atlas IT team to
build on this legacy, delivering industry-leading
technology to Atlas agents and customers."
Smith joins Atlas with a broad and extensive
range of experience, having led large teams of
staff and contractors, while executing several
major systems integrations. At OneMain, he was
integral to transforming and modernizing the
company's multichannel customer experience
by fusing core legacy systems and advanced
digital technology. Additionally, under Smith's
leadership as CIO, his former employer, Card
Management Corporation, was named to CIO
magazine's Top 100 list in 2007.

RECEIVES REAL ESTATE HONOR

Tonya Krebs, CRP, director of relocation with
Shorewest, REALTORS, is the recipient of the
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®
President's Award, a top individual award
from the invitation-only global community of
more than 565 independent real estate firms.
The award was presented during the group's
annual conference at Wynn Las Vegas.
The President's Award is part of the service
recognition program, which formally acknowledges contributions such as committee involvement, presentations at network conferences,
and service on various advisory councils and
boards. The program offers three prestigious
levels of awards based on cumulative points
earned through service activities.
With more than 20 years of relocation management experience, Krebs is an experienced relocation professional with a unique background
in both the corporate and service sides of the
relocation industry.

ALTAIR GLOBAL'S KATHRYN CASSIDY
APPOINTED TO GOODWILL BOARD

At Altair Global, Kathryn Cassidy, president and
chief operating officer, has been appointed to a
three-year term with the Goodwill Industries of
Dallas Board of Directors.
Cassidy has already been in discussions with
the organization to work together for the second
annual Altair Cares Day initiative, a global day
of service when Altair Global team members join
