STUDY RANKS ARPIN VAN LINES FIRST IN
SATISFACTION

Arpin Van Lines has been rated No. 1 among the
nation's largest suppliers of household goods
shipment services, ranked by "net satisfaction" and
"top-block service," for the fourth consecutive year.
That is according to independent research firm
Trippel Survey & Research LLC's "25th Annual
Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey." In April,
Arpin was ranked first in supplier satisfaction in a
separate Trippel survey.
Arpin Van Lines earned the highest moving industry score, with 56% net satisfaction and 59% top-block
service, an increase of five percentage points in each
category year over year. Five other franchise-system
household goods shipment suppliers received net satisfaction ratings between 20% and 50% and top-block
ratings between 23% and 53%.
"At Arpin, we value our industry partners and
their customers and strive to provide them with a
superior level of service," says David Arpin, president and CEO of Arpin Van Lines. "This is the fourth
year in a row that we have rated among the best
household goods service providers for customer
satisfaction. We are proud to receive this recognition,
which outwardly demonstrates our commitment to
quality and excellent customer service."
Trippel gathered a total of 6,177 employee transferee evaluations for this survey, which covered a
range of moving industry providers, including household goods shippers, relocation management companies, relocation and temporary housing entities, and
spouse-partner and destination rental services.

CARTUS ANNOUNCES NEW MOBILITY HUB

Cartus Corporation has announced a new centralized
mobility hub, MovePro360. Developed in-house by
Cartus' product solutions and IT teams, the omnichannel platform is being designed to help HR and
mobility staff forward-manage their relocation program while anticipating transferee needs.
With a focus on incorporating client feedback,
Cartus is developing MovePro360 using a flexible
cloud- and API-based framework to support easy
integration of external data sources while offering
real-time access to information from any device. In
surveying its clients and prospects, Cartus says the
No. 1 request is the ability to access a comprehensive, real-time snapshot of their entire relocation
program while capturing data from key suppliers.
Recent Cartus survey data shows that more than
70% of clients access three or more systems in order
to manage their mobility programs, with only 40%
of respondents agreeing that their mobility data is
both easy to access and reliable.
Influenced by the solution-focused philosophy
of design thinking, future iterations of MovePro360
will incorporate real-time move status, including
predictive "at risk" notifications for individual
transferees; live sentiment tracking; a benefit selection tool to support core-flex and employee-choice
programs; expatriate compensation capabilities,
including an extended business traveler (EBT) solution; robust reporting; a simplified authorization
process; access to supplier invoices; and configurable homepage and dashboards.
With an anticipated release date in the fourth
quarter of 2019, MovePro360 is the largest technology initiative that Cartus has launched recently.
Larry Ghirardo, vice president, client services, and
global business owner of this product, comments,
"The new centralized mobility hub from Cartus,
MovePro360, provides mobility professionals with
exactly what they have asked for: a single source
of truth. MovePro360 will empower users with
the most complete information available and can
be accessed from any device for accurate updates
during any point in the relocation." M
