Denmark's Aspire Mobility Group has welcomed back former employee Andrea Dragovic
as senior coordinator in its client service pricing
team. Dragovic originally joined Aspire in 2007
as a trainee but left the company in 2016 to join a
corporate competitor.
"I am really pleased to be back at Aspire
Mobility Group," says Dragovic. "Aspire is still a
family-run business, and I really appreciate having the opportunity to make changes to things
that impact my work."
Dragovic is now responsible for pricing and
coordinating relocations for both corporate and
private customers to and from Denmark as well
as handling third-country moves around the world.

CARLMARK REJOINS GRAEBEL IN ACCOUNT
MANAGEMENT

Kendra Carlmark has rejoined Graebel as
director of account management for the global
account management team, responsible for client
care and satisfaction with forwarding and move
management services.
Carlmark brings more than 13 years of international and domestic household goods moving
and corporate relocation management experience,
including serving in various roles at Graebel for
10 years. "Her passion for customer service and
leading teams produces exceptional experiences
for clients," says Nancy Lempicki, GMS-T, Graebel
vice president, global account management.
Most recently, Carlmark was on an international
assignment in Costa Rica, where she managed an
international household goods moving and logistics team. She has personally relocated three times,
both domestically and internationally.

services of the General Services Administration's
(GSA) international division at Arpin, have
joined The FIDI Charity Committee.
The committee, which is the charitable arm
of the FIDI Global Alliance, works to support
charity projects in underdeveloped areas where
the FIDI community can make a tangible difference in the lives of those most in need. Selected
projects are provided a three-year commitment,
during which the FIDI Charity Committee
organizes numerous events and activities to raise
funds to benefit the designated project.
"A huge hole was left at Arpin and within
our industry with the unexpected passing of
both Bob Sullivan and Mark Dearborn," says
Nordstrom-Geraghty. "Both gentlemen held
charity and service to others in the highest
regard, were involved in numerous charitable
organizations, including personal charities
close to their hearts, as well as Arpin Strong
and Mark's role serving on FIDI's Charity
Committee. Matt and I both felt that joining
FIDI's Charity Committee was the only thing to
do going forward. It is our honor and privilege,
and we are both so excited to join our FIDI colleagues to help expand on all the amazing work
that they've done to date. It is truly an honor,
and we do it in memory of two best friends."
"Matt and Ally are highly respected professionals in the international removals and relocation community," says Laura Gannon, chair of
the FIDI Charity Committee. "They care deeply
about our mission and the families we serve, and
we are excited to have them join our board as we
continue to expand our global work."
For the past three years, the FIDI Charity
Committee has focused on raising money for
Operation Smile Honduras, a medical mission
that provides children born with cleft lip and
palate malformations to receive lifesaving
surgeries. In 2019, the organization was able
to surpass its fundraising goal, having raised
more than US$165,000 to benefit the mission.
