Though the third annual BDNY took
place shortly after Superstorm Sandy
swept through New York and its
environs, the two-day interiors fair
forged ahead to a positive response
from both exhibitors and attendees.
The event started with an energetic
Kick-Off Party/Boutique Design
Awards ceremony at 404 NYC,
followed by a couple of busy days on
the sold-out trade show floor in the
Javits Center North. There, 244 interior product manufacturers showed
the latest in furniture, lighting, wall
covering, fabric, seating, accessories,
artwork, carpet and flooring, materials and bath and spa offerings for
hospitality settings. And this year’s
event promises to be even bigger.
BDNY 2013 will take place Nov.
10-11 in the Javits Center’s Hall
3A, which will nearly double the
available exhibit space.
