Eat Drink Sleep
½ loaf artisanal bread
4 tablespoons good olive oil
sea salt
freshly ground pepper
½ bunch asparagus
½ lemon
½ cup shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano
1. Cut bread into 1-inch cubes, and toss with

Bread Salad
3 tablespoons olive oil. add salt and pepper to
taste. toast at 375 degrees for 5 minutes, until
bread is crisp around the edges but soft in the
middle. Set aside to cool.
2. thinly shave asparagus, reserving the tips.
toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, and add salt
and pepper to taste.
3. toss bread cubes with cheese and asparagus. Squeeze lemon over the top. Garnish
with asparagus tips and fresh herbs.

vegetables, and really good olive oil.”
