New Food Products Smucker's innovates with Fruit-Fulls ORRVILLE, OHIO - The J.M. Smucker Co. is introducing a new product called Fruit-Fulls, under the Smucker's brand. Fruit-Fulls feature blended fruit, including apples, cinnamon and berries. The on-the-go snacks come in 4-oz pouches that may be consumed either chilled or at room temperature. The fruit snacks do not contain preservatives, added sweeteners, or artificial flavors and colorings. Each pouch is also 90 calories or less. The four available varieties include: apple, apple cinnamon, apple strawberry, and apple mixed berry. Smucker's Fruit-Fulls are available nationwide for a suggested retail price of 99c for individuals, $4.49 for 4-packs and $7.99 for 8-packs. FBN Kayem introduces artisan sausage line CHELSEA, MASS. - Kayem Foods is launching a line of artisan sausages produced with cuts of pork sirloin and blended with ingredients such as pineapple, uncured bacon, Andouille and sweet pepper provolone. The sausages are fully cooked. Kayem artisan sausages are available in select retail markets in New England, Michigan and Northern California. FBN Starbucks expands cold beverage offerings SEATTLE - Starbucks is unveiling Fizzio handcrafted sodas and Teavana shaken July 15, 2014 iced teas. Fizzio sodas are carbonated and offered in three flavors: spiced root beer, golden ginger ale and lemon ale. The sodas do not contain artificial flavors, preservatives, or high-fructose syrup. In addition, the 16-oz size has 100 calories or less. The Teavana lineup of shaken iced teas includes a new flavor called blackberry mojito tea lemonade and returning flavor peach green tea lemonade. Fizzio sodas will be available at Starbucks nationwide, and Teavana varieties will be available nationwide and in Canada. FBN DiGiorno debuts customizable frozen pizza SOLON, OHIO - DiGiorno, a business unit of Nestle USA, is launching a customizable pizza kit. The kit includes a full-size DiGiorno cheese pizza, individually wrapped premium meats, vegetables, shredded cheese and a seasoning packet.
