STANDARD TERMS & CONDITION OF SALE
All orders and agreements concerning the products mentioned
in this catalogue are deemed to include the following terms and
conditions, subject only to the laws of the Province of Ontario:

Aztec makes no representations or warranties of any kind,
express or implied, statutory or otherwise, about the products or the
accuracy of the information contained in this catalogue. The only
warranties available to purchasers shall be those provided by the
manufacturer of the product. Aztec provides no warranties whatsoever.

2.

Product specifications and availability are subject to change
without notice. There is no assurance that a particular product will
be available at any given time. For more information, customers are
encouraged to visit our website at www.aztecsupply.com or speak to your
Aztec sales representative.

3.

Aztec shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any
delay or failure to perform resulting in whole or in part from acts of God,
severe weather conditions, labour disruptions, governmental decrees or
controls, insurrections, war, terrorist attack, risks, shortages, inability to
procure or ship product, insolvency or other inability of the manufacturer
to perform, delay in transportation, any commercial impracticability or any
circumstance beyond the actual control of Aztec in its business operations.

Aztec shall not be liable for any loss of profit, promotional or
manufacturing expense, overhead, business interruption, losses, loss of
customers, injury to reputation, loss of contract or orders, injury to body
or mind, or any other loss, general or special, caused or contributed to by
the use or misuse of any product or a reliance on this catalogue, and in
no event shall any liability of Aztec exceed the price paid by the customer
for the products ordered, whether such liability be based on contract, tort,
or any other basis.

Prices shown and product information specified shall be those
in effect at the time of printing of the catalogue and may not be those
applicable at time of order and are subject to change without notice.
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars. Prices do not include any sales
taxes or other taxes that may be charged by federal, provincial or
municipal governments, and these shall be over and above the prices
shown or charged by Aztec.

6.

Unless the customer has applied in writing for and has obtained
credit with Aztec, any order placed by customer must be paid for at time
of order by debit or credit card, or on delivery by cash or certified cheque
or money order. If payment is made in any other manner and is accepted
by Aztec or its agents, then there will be a $50 fee charged for failure of
such method of payment, such as nsf cheques or reversed bank entries.
