Big Sound Marina and the Town Dock are located on Bob’s Point in the Parry Sound Harbour. Whether for a quick visit or a weekend stay, the Big Sound Marina and Town Dock, both completely transient marinas, are scenic and welcoming locations on the shores of beautiful Georgian Bay. Our helpful and friendly staff will cater to you from the moment you arrive by assisting you into your slip and providing marina, area and local event information. While visiting one of the largest serviced ports on the East Shore of Georgian Bay take some time off the water and enjoy all our area has to offer, with unique shops, beaches, trails, restaurants, art & culture attractions and interesting tourism attractions including the longest trestle bridge in Ontario and a scenic lookout tower all within walking distance of the marinas. If you are looking to pick up groceries throughout your stay take advantage of the free shuttle to and from Parry Sound Sobeys. Throughout the summer there are many exciting festivals and events happening including Canada Day festivities on July 1st where you can watch the magnificent fireworks from the comfort of your slip.
