As a leader in cancer research, Sarah Cannon
Research Institute focuses on providing greater
access to innovative cancer therapies to patients
across the country. This clinic expands their
presence in Florida, bringing cutting-edge treatments
to patients close to home. In addition to
patient exam rooms, the space includes infusion,
lab, pharmacy and administration functions.
The clinic's interior design is reflective of SCRI's
mission to redefine cancer care around the
world, featuring white walls and natural warm
wood tones are supported by design accents that
use natural waves and ocean-like features to
reference the surrounding community.

have embarked on a major transformation
in a new 659,000-square-foot Ambulatory
Cancer Center designed to enhance the
patient and family experience.
A robust multi-specialty clinical program,
exam rooms, chemotherapy and
immunotherapy infusion pods, radiology,
breast imaging, hematology, and chemistry
laboratory space will serve patients across
the clinical floors.
The ground floor will provide nonclinical
support through a café, a boutique,
a retail pharmacy, and patient amenity
space. The center also includes a floor of
office space, a three-level garage, and an
elevated pedestrian link connecting to the
Washington University Medical Campus.
Landscaped terraces adjacent to the patient
and family waiting area and the infusion
suite will serve as respite destinations for
patients, families, and staff.
The project is expected to be complete in
Summer 2024.
Each treatment bay is equipped with designated storage for both staff members and patients,
a tv along with a convenience pop-up outlet powered by a hidden, central electrical chase,
