DEALY
Pioneer Natural Resources Co. has
named Richard P. Dealy its next chief
executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2024.
Dealy will succeed Scott D. Sheffield,
who will retire at the end of 2023 but is
expected to continue serving on the
company's board of directors.
Dealy has been Pioneer's president
and chief operating officer since January
2021. He has more than 30 years of experience
in roles spanning nearly all
operations and business functions at Pioneer
and its predecessor company, including
16 years as the company's executive
vice president and chief financial
officer. During his tenure, Pioneer built
one of the industry's strongest investment-grade
balance sheets, became the
largest oil producer in Texas, had five
consecutive years of operational efficiency
improvements and successfully
integrated the acquisitions of Parsley
Energy and Double Point Energy. r
California Resources Corp. has named
Manuela " Nelly " Molina its executive
vice president and chief financial officer.
Molina has more than 25 years of
corporate finance, capital markets and
project financing experience and an extensive
background in developing energy
infrastructure projects in the natural gas
and power sectors. She joins CRC from
Sempra Energy, where she held various
senior finance leadership roles, most
recently vice president of audit services
and vice president of investor relations.

The American Petroleum Institute
has promoted Dustin Meyer to senior
vice president of policy, economics and
regulatory affairs.
Meyer previously served as API's
vice president of natural gas markets,
leading the organization's efforts on domestic
and global natural gas markets,

SCHILLER
BCCK has appointed Drew Schiller
its director of business development for
gas processing. He will be based in
The Woodlands, Tx.
MEREDITH
TALLEY
Valor has hired Meredith Talley as
director of oil and gas services. Talley
will focus on business development for
those services, which include joint interest
billing and revenue accounting, division
orders, maintenance of pay decks, title
records and monitoring transactions.
Talley previously worked as a petroleum
landman for Quinn Resources,
which offers turnkey services to oil and
gas clients. She held similar roles while
working for Double Eagle Energy, XTO
Energy, Denbury Resources, Arrington
Oil and Gas and Hunt Oil Co.

Empire Petroleum has promoted
Stephen L. " Larry " Faulkner to chief
financial officer and added J. Kevin Vann
to its board of directors as an independent
director. Both individuals were part of
the operational team that helped develop
WPX Energy Inc. into a multibillion
dollar company before its merger with
Devon Energy Corp. in 2021.

SCS Technologies LLC has appointed
Cody W. Johnson its president and chief
executive officer.
Johnson joins SCS with more than
20 years of executive leadership experience
serving oil and gas and industrial
end markets. During his career, he has
worked in manufacturing, fabrication
and project management and led highgrowth
organizations. Johnson graduated
Schiller has 25 years of experience
in the oil and gas industry. His past
roles include director of energy services
for Halff Associates, oil and gas practice
leader for Kimley-Horn and director of
business development for Wood Group
Mustang. Schiller is an active member
of Houston Gas Processor's Midstream
Association, serving on the board of directors
for the past four years, and the
Pipeliner's Association of Houston. r

forecasting and consulting services
on global LNG and renewable energy
markets for Energy Ventures Analysis.
He also held analysis positions at PFC
Energy and then IHS Energy on upstream
investment in North American oil and

in the United States and Canada. r

J.D. from the University of Houston
Law Center.

JONATHAN
CARROLL
SPOC has added Jonathan Carroll
to its logistics and material handling
team as kitting manager. He will be responsible
for ensuring accurate delivery
of materials and components to SPOC's
various production lines and promoting
consistency across the company's manufacturing
facilities.
Carroll has spent the past 20 years
with Mercedes-Benz U.S. International,
where he served as a material
handling/logistics specialist. Before
working for Mercedes, he held positions
at American Cast Iron Pipe Co. and
HealthSouth Medical Centers. r
